Kevin Cutler

Kevin has been involved in commercial real estate since 1989. He was president and General Manager of a 90,000 square ft. business park. Cutler is also a high ranking producer at Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisers in Idaho Falls. In 2010, Cutler earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Kevin is also the Past President of Idaho Falls Development Corporation. As the managing director, I personally oversee each of our properties to ensure they are looking great and performing at their best.
